Calcofi.org is a multi-agency web site for the California Cooperative Oceanic Fisheries Investigations (CalCOFI) marine ecosystem observation program. Partners include: Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO), La Jolla, CA; Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC; National Marine Fisheries Service, NOAA), La Jolla CA; California Department of Fish & Game (CDFG), Marine Region, Long-Term Ecological Research Network (LTER), California Current Ecosystem; Southern Coastal California Ocean Observing System (SCCOOS), and Marine Mammal Acoustics Program, SIO.
The calcofi.org web and dataservers are maintain by IOD IT staff and the SIO-CalCOFI technical team. Content is a collaboration of all agencies participating in cruises; scientists, technicians, graduate students, and volunteers contribute data & content to all sections of the web site.
