Welcome to the CalCOFI CTD data portal. Here you will find information and data from the CalCOFI CTD Project. This project began in August of 1993 using the recently released Seabird CTD system. It has continued on every cruise since then, and has become a central focus in our study of the Southern California marine ecosystem. On these pages, you will find raw data, processed data and plots as well as meta data regarding collection and processing parameters and equipment.
