    • MRD/Dr. Greg Mitchell's Group MER package deployment at prodo and afternoon stations with bio-optics filtration study.
    • ADCP - Dr. Teresa K. Chereskin
    • SIMBAD - Frouin's water-leaving radiance atmospheric measurements.
    • Dr. Katherine Barbeau surface trace metals measurements - 2 samples from approx. 20 stations. Fe addition incubation studies using on-deck incubator. Short plankton net tows (for tunicate-type grazers).
    • Joris Gieskes' rare earth elements measurements in Santa Barbara Basin
    • VERB150 - 200m vertical net (150mm mesh, 1m Bongo) tow
    • Daily primary productivity C14-uptake incubation experiments.
    • Bird & marine mammal observations
