Anomean is a Windows 9x/NT/2000 program that uses harmonic coefficients to calculate temperature, salinity, and several other parameters based on CalCOFI Line, Station, & day-of-year. Year 2000 values pre-calculated are online
Installation of Anomean is simple, especially if you pick the default locations for file installation. When the installation completes, select START/Anomean/Anomean to run the program. If there are any problems with the program, most likely it is due to missing coefficients files. Be sure all the coefficients files are installed in the Anomean default directory (this should be automatically done by the installation program - do not move them).
